    Does support review and anwer complaint tickets that are submitted? I created a complaint ticket two weeks ago and haven't heard anything.

    I'm having he same problem, haven't heard from them since febuary and if they keep it
    up they will never get another penny from me. Also I have been unable to submit
    datalogs for the past few days.

     Tickets are not replied recently due to lack of staff. will pick up soon in April when new support is here. Sorry. you can mail to support if there is any urgent issues.

     Lack of staff is no excuse. When the unit is purchased it comes with a year of support and updates. Right? If you offer a servie, best be to actually support it or turn it off.

     I agree lack of staff is not an excuse. When we are down people in the shop we join together to take up the slack. You should do the same.

    Has anybody gotten any answers on open complaint tickets? I opened one months ago and still unanswered.

     I have NEVER had a reply i have also called the dealer here in the UK they cant answer question because they just don't know the answers.

    they email head office guess what no reply to them either it is a shocking state of affairs.

     I don't get answers to all of the complaints/issues but see progress in certain updates following the filing. Either it is a coincidence or they really do work on the issues we mention but just update after that and not actually reply to the complaint sender him/her self.

    As long as things are being fixed, I think that's fine but for other kinds of individual related isssues you are right they should respond way better.

     well fiat proxy alignment still not implemented or disable function for Toyota tpms both tickets i sent in a while back.

     yes I have gotten a reply from one I sent in November . it was from Amy @ support so they are working on reports you send in. thanks Amy for the reply. date 5/20/2015 so 6 months
